Hall Strategies is a Nashville public relations and government relations firm serving a roster of local, regional and national clients doing business in Tennessee. Hall Strategies will be offering an internship opportunity for fall 2010. The position is unpaid, but will provide meaningful experiences for an individual interested in pursuing a career in public relations or communications.
We are looking for a candidate that possesses strong writing skills, has the ability to manage multiple tasks and is proficient in Microsoft Word and PowerPoint. The internship is ideal for a junior or senior majoring in public relations. Previous internship experience is helpful but not required. The intern will be expected to work 10-12 hours a week.
Job responsibilities of the intern include:
v building and updating media lists
v social media management
v event planning and event management support
v copywriting for marketing collateral
v research projects
v administrative and organizational responsibilities
